It is important to know that there is a clear difference between coaching and other types of professional services such as therapy or counseling, consulting and mentoring. Coaching focuses on where you are presently and where you are headed, with a goal of helping you gain clarity about your vision, eliminate obstacles to your success, accelerate the pace of personal growth and achieve results that empower you to live your best life professionally and personally.
While coaching is forward-focused, counseling tends to deal more with past issues in which you may find yourself stuck and struggling. Occasionally, you may discuss something that has occurred in the past, for the purpose of clarifying the present, but your coaching will not focus on resolving the past.
A simple rule of thumb to know whether you should be coaching or counseling: If your past is an issue, counseling is your best option. If your past is simply a fact (regardless of whether the circumstances were difficult or negative), you are probably ready for coaching.

Has it been 8 months or more since the loss of your loved one? A Grief Facilitation is a remarkable tool that uses a one-on-one discipleship process with a Certified Life Coach. Through this process, you will be empowered as your reflect on your loved one’s life and discover your “new normal” with a peaceful perspective observing how Jesus grieved throughout Scripture. This process consists of 2 five hour days consecutively.
What Is A Webinar?
This is a class that is taught online and offers the flexibility to learn without leaving the comforts of home . In a Webinar you will use your computer to look at Power Points or other tools as you are listening to the instructor. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and interact with a group.
What Is Group Coaching?

What Is The Difference Between A Lunch & Learn And A Retreat?
A Lunch and Learn is a compact way to go deeper with topics and tools in a half or full day time frame, where as a Retreat will be more in-depth with teaching and relationship building over a 2-day period.
