In our reflection over the past year, we noticed a theme…the “pace” of life just seems to be going faster and faster and we have the potential to become worn out. Inspiration becomes hard to find when we are heavy hearted and fatigued. With that thought, it makes sense that self-care be a top priority for reaching your goals.
