COMPARISON

Hello Friends!

We don’t know about you, but being intentional is hard work! As mentioned last week, being intentional requires follow through and new behaviors.  Strong athletes are very intentional about the journey it takes to reach the strength needed to accomplish the goal.  This brings us to our 8th letter in our acronym, “S” for Strength.

Like the athlete on a physical journey, changing our thought life and behaviors will require the same endurance that it takes to become strong.  Mental muscle is developed by repetition and perseverance, which over time will become the new positive perspective that keeps you going.

Strengthen your mental muscle daily by:

  • Using “I Am” statements. (Ex: I am confident or I am good enough)
  • Follow the link to read the “Father’s Love Letter” fathersloveletter.com/text.html

It’s so comforting to know that in the area of comparison, there is a way out and it starts by strengthening your mind. Using these tools will help give you the ability to be “Strong”.  Philippians 4:13 tells us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

We hope your heart is Strong!
